Powerlifting consists of lifting as much weight as possible in three lifts: Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift.
These are my Personal Records (PRs), obtained right before the pandemic during my preparation to debut in a regional competition (scheduled for Oct 2020).
I’m currently working out to reach the same numbers after one long year away from the gyms.
Squat – 147 Kg (325 lb) – 09 Dec 2019
Bench Press – 95 Kg (209 lb) – 16 Dec 2019
Deadlift – 177.5 Kg (390 lb) – 18 Dec 2019
